You and Larry did an exceptional job on this matter, and it is looking good for recommending your firm to handle our clients’ environmental matters. Your response is so well-researched and thorough that it creates a road map for how the manufacture should handle procedures on an ongoing basis. There is much more work to be done in that area, such as redundancy in case the Plant Manager is out unexpectedly, but you really did a great job of pulling this together on a short time table. Remediation Cost- DE Expert Litigation Project

I am please to report that today, the Court has entered summary judgment in favor of our clients. In essence, the court ruled there was no credible evidence to support the allegations of fraud or wrongdoing against our clients. Further, the court ruled any claims were also time barred.
