Coronavirus (COVID-19): Commercial Sanitizing & Disinfectant Services
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grow throughout the Northeast U.S., and as PA and NJ’s Governor’s expand their stay at home orders to additional counties, more and more concerns arise regarding the degree to which property managers and business owners will be able to provide a clean and safe environment for their employees and customers. More and more people are becoming potential carriers of the virus every day, but eventually this will taper off and decrease when we “flatten the curve.” Hopefully, flattening of the curve is in the near future, and as offices and businesses begin to re-open their doors, employees and the general public will surely be concerned about the level of sanitation and cleanliness in their immediate environment.

RT has assembled a unique team of experts, professionals, and technicians in order to provide COVID-19 disinfecting and sanitizing services implemented in accordance with Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations. RT provides disinfecting and sanitizing services using hospital grade disinfectants coupled with confirmatory bacterial and microbial testing of indoor air and high-touch surfaces. Our technicians are equipped with onsite hygiene meters utilized to obtain real-time data regarding the presence of bacteria on various surfaces, and additional samples are obtained for confirmatory laboratory analysis. RT also provides a final technical report which documents the disinfecting and cleaning process and provides specific data and laboratory analytical results.

- Level III - Biocide Misting, wiping high touch surfaces, real time bacterial swab testing, laboratory analysis of confirmatory wipe samples, air sampling, and final report
