Solid and Hazardous Waste Management

Principals in our firm have been involved in solid and hazardous waste management and permitting and design at facilities, since the 1970’s. The types of facilities where we have obtained approval include:

• Hazardous waste facilities, including treatment facilities and landfills
• Solid and residual waste landfills, from siting through permitting, construction, operation and closure
• Obtaining beneficial use approvals, at more than 70 sites in Pennsylvania, and in a number of sites in surrounding states. Beneficial uses allow materials not to have to go to landfill, and to be successfully beneficial used, with minimal state oversight
• We offer Expert Testimony, where needed, where public and private issues of concern arise.
