RT offers compliance assistance, following ISO protocols, including, when portfolios of industrial properties are under consideration.

 

Our project experience includes:

 

• Compliance assistance auditing for a metals processing facility, where the materials involved are in a special hazard class, requiring careful ongoing operation at the facility.
• For our pharmaceutical services support company, we completed audits of facilities throughout the United States, as well as in the Caribbean.
• For a chain of newspapers, we completed detailed audits of all operations, including historical operations, prior to planned sale of the operations. Historical issues related to letterpress operation and lead impacts, were found at several facilities.
